SO, LET'S FIND OUT WHAT THE DESIGN TEAM HAVE MADE THIS MONTH!...

Caroline - I made this tag using PD7526-Ruby Dog DaysPrint the image then colour with Copics. Fussy cut and layer onto the collaged tag. The tag background was created using flowers from stamp set-Hanging Garden-PD8048 and the sentiment is from the Little Kingdom digital sentiments.

NataliaIt's Nikky birthday this week so we've created all projects with her favorite color.... she loves turquoise!!! Me too, especially if I mix it with a tone of bronze color. This is the most beautiful combination of colors, isn't it ... in my opinion of course. I decided to do this time a canvas picture using Oddella Twig - Ickyink Art alternative digistamp colored with alcohol markers. To complete my canvas I used also acrylic paints, chipboards, glasses, and various stencils and stamps available on Polkadoodles website. I have had great fun making that project. Hope you like it!

List of the products:

Irre: Hi, it's time for the January challenge. And for this, I created a Christmas card, it's never too early to start with them, especially if you had a lot of friends and family members to send them to. I had a lot of fun with this. I played with layers with different papers and my favorite mixed media element - art stones mixture. As decoration, I added poinsettia flowers. These are so beautiful!I'm also sad to announce that this is my last project for We Love 2 Create. Hope you all have enjoyed my projects I created. And I hope I see you all around at the web. BIG HUGS!

Caroline -  I Created a collaged background and Printed the Ruby Chic image, then coloured with Copics and Fussy cut. I Used a heart from stamp set Hanging Garden-PD8048 to decorate the collaged background and add some with 3d pads to add dimension.

Jane – Hello everyone! I have a slimline card to share today featuring one of the gorgeous new bunnies from the LOVE ALWAYS collection called CUPID LOVE.

Polkadoodles products used: Digi Stamp: CUPID LOVEPapers & Sentiment: LOVE ALWAYSClear Stamps: HANGING GARDEN

Merja - On my card I used an adorable Hyacinth image, coloured her with alcohol markers and then fussy cut her. The background I made with multiple stencils and medias. Firstly I used Heavenly Circles stencil with yellow and orange sprays, then I added some purple Distress Ink and yellow paste with Creepy Foliage stencil. The text is from Let's Hang Out Sentiments set and I taped it and the image with foam tape on the background.

Roberta: Hello and happy new year everybody!  Here is another nice project, a tag with a swaying doll ....To make it I used the Gingerbread basket Winnie North Pole digital stamp that I colored with Spectrum Noir Classique alcohol markers. The background was created with Distress Ink Sprays and I made the snow effect with white chalk. The colored digital was fixed with a spring to give the moving effect.

Natalia - Hello everyone! I hope most of us miss the spring and summertime. I miss it so much, for the beautiful sunny days. So, for my next inspiration, I have prepared an art journal page from the digital stamp Hyacinth - The Darling Buds colored with alcohol markers and placed on the first plan. Thanks to this stamp I created the rest of my vision of work. I love warm colours around me when the Spring comes. I've played a bit with watercolor paints to create my background and various, awesome flowers and mushrooms polymer stamps that can find on Polkadoodles' website.  It's time to bloom :) ... what more can be said?? That's my work this time, very warm, very mixed media...
Other products used: polymer stamps - Great Days Clear Stamp set,  Time to Bloom Stamps - Clear

Caroline - I wanted to create a mixed media feel to this Hyacinth stamp so I made a tag with lots of texture and layered up different bits of stash from my desk. I loved how this die cut mirrors the image with all the circles and just added some paper dots for extra dimension.

WOW! Gorgeous projects as always from the team!

SO, LET'S FIND OUT WHAT THE DESIGN TEAM HAVE MADE THIS MONTH!...

Gabrielle - Merry Christmas, crafters! I hope you like my latest project. For the main image I used the Nature Lover – January digi stamp which I coloured using Copics and Promarker pens and die cut the image using a Spellbinders Scalloped Rectangle die.  I created the background by covering a circular board with a co-ordinating coloured paper from the Octavia Moonfly - Paper Heaven Paperholic collection and edging the board with ‘Salvaged Patina’ embossing glaze.  I then stamped the flowers and leaves stamps from the ‘Queen of Hearts Collage’ and ‘Flower Collage’ stamp sets on to Octavia Moonfly - Paper Heaven Paperholic papers and plain card stock from my stash, fussy cutting to create a floral frame around my central image. I took the butterfly stamp from the ‘Flower Collage’ stamp set and heat embossed directly on to the board using ‘Worn Lipstick’ Distress Powder and on to a darker teal card stock. I used the toadstools from ‘Winnie Wonderland Embellies 1&2’ to add extra detail and interest, shading the spots with a Gelly Roll Sparkle Pen ‘Clear Star’ pen. To tie in the scalloped edges from the main image, I punched small circles out of white card stock and spritzed using ‘Dylusions’ ink sprays in shades of Fushia and Hot Pink.
  • Nature Lover – January digi stamp
  • Octavia Moonfly - Paper Heaven Paperholic collection
  • ‘Queen of Hearts Collage’ stamp set
  • ‘Flower Collage’ stamp set
  • Copics – Rose Red, Frost Blue
  • Promarkers – Amethyst, Blossom, Cool Aqua, Denim Blue, Lilac, Lime Green, Magenta, Oatmeal, Pear Green, Satin
Sasha - Hello crafty friends, I’m so excited to be joining the Polkadoodles crafty family. For this card I used the snowmen friends digital stamp to create a non traditional version of a Christmas card. Hope you like this frosty friendly take on a holiday card.

Caroline -  Stamp, heat emboss and fussy cut flower and circle design from stamp set Sunburst Trees-PD8051Create background using Stencil-Distressed Trellis-PD8008.
