Wk 52 Dec 29 - Happy New Year

Good morning, I hope you've all had a very merry Christmas and enjoyed all the festivities! We've got a fun challenge lined up for you this week, we decided that our hardworking DT needed a bit of a rest over Christmas so they will be showcasing their favourite projects from the last year! Our challenge theme for you guys at home is a nice easy one and remember you don't have to use PanPastels to play along, this weeks theme is: 
Anything goes!!

And now on to the inspiration from our DT, starting with a beautiful new project from our guest designer Rachel who has been playing with the gorgeous metallic PanPastels for this stunning card!

 Terry My favourite project from this past year that I made...an altered project that I made out of flowers, inks, Gesso, PanPastels, butterfly, lace, ink and Maimery.







Claire here with my favourite project from 2013. This is from our Floral Challenge in August and I made a collage frame using lots of PanPastels, Maimeri Glassy Gel and microbeads

Tracy here with one of my favourite projects from the last year using Maimeri Mediums and Pan Pastels.
 Stamps can be used in so many ways and on many mediums including recycled wood.

Zoe I have used a black tag, covered with versamark and the golds metallic Pan Pastels, run through embossing machine with a stars stencil and then inked through the stencil and added the bronze Metallic PP. Visit my blog to see more http://zoeblingcards.blogspot.co.uk/

Wk 51 Dec 22 - A quick and easy christmas gift - use fabric in some way

Good morning time for our last challenge before Christmas, I hope you're all fitting in some crafting time with all the rushing around getting ready for Santa!! Our theme this week is 
Anything goes
but we challenged the DT to create quick and easy Christmas gifts and to use fabric too! Of course they rose to the challenge and have come up with some awesome projects but before you check them out I bet you want to know who's the lucky winner from challenge 49. Our winner is...

Our guest designer Rachel has created an amazing project again this week, creating these stunning flower brooches from PanPastels and felt! How cute are they?? Pop over to Rachel's blog to find out all about them


Now on to the inspiration from our lovely design team

Zoe I've used 3 tiny 3x3 inch canvasses to create this mixed media wall hanging of my three fostered baby girls who have all been adopted, please visit my blog to see more!




 Claire C I've made a pendant using fabric and PanPastels. It was a bit of an experiment but I'm pleased with the way it turned out. I've used Permanent Red and Gold PanPastels with Maimeri Glassy gel, for more details pop over to my blog

Terry I made a Christmas Tag, tried to make a snowy background with lots of Gesso, modelling paste and Metallic Silver PanPastels. The clock is made with modelling paste and used some shimmer on the bottom of the tag, some lace and sentiments and crackle to finish.
