Before we see all the DT projects, we need to pick some winners from our "Pink and White" challenge. A huge thank you to all the people who joined in the challenge with us and the DT had great fun popping over to your blogs to use your creations in all their glory. The DT have chosen the following projects to collect the Top 3 accolade ...

Now on to the DT inspiration projects ...

Anjie - This was a plain MDF tag that I started off by mixing some pearlescent violet Pan Pastel with some Gesso and painting the background. I then place the Heart Of Flowers mask over it and stenciled through it with a black Pan Pastel. I then stamped out the butterfly, message and flowers from the Postcard Stamp Set in versamark ink and rubbed over then with the Pan Pastels and glued then to the tag. I finished it off with some black ribbon.

Doreen - I have made a scene on this tag, I first made my background by sponging on my PanPastels while masking off the moon onto a Manilla Tag.I then sponged on my stencils the bird  and leaves.
and stamped the trees and Quote using Black Versafine ink

Tracy ~ Hi everyone, I have an easy quote in a frame for you today using a PCB Stencil, 2 Pan Pastels along with Matt Gel on calico.

It`s a really quick project that brightens up a shelf with inspiring reminders for you to see dotted around your home. You can find me here

Yvonne - This card was made by using three layers of stencils.  More info on my blog, it would be fabulous if you could pop in to take a peep.

Lou: I have used the same colour palate, stencil and pan pastels (as last weeks card), to create my card. I have added some Washi tape as an additional embellishment, to change the look. Full details are on my blog.

Terry: I had fun altering a box, worked with Light Modelling Paste, 2 stencils from Dutch Doobadoo, lots of Pearlescent Pans, The hearts were made with the "old" empty cardboard Hearts from Dutch Doobadoo with Light Modelling Paste and Iridescent Paste on top. Roses and last but not least a sentiment were placed on top of the box.

I worked with the following products,

Fantastic selection of projects ladies and don't forget you still have one more week to enter our challenge. Please link up your projects HERE.

  2. Thank you to the electronic gizmo to have been drawn the lucky winner. I can't unfortunately join in the Stencil challenges, it really is something I don't have. I have brass stencils and the cut oust from die cuts that I've looked at 'every which way' but can't see anything arty that I can produce. So, I'm watching - :)

    Good luck everyone.
    Congratulations to thetop three :)
