WK 2 - Jan 12th - Anything goes or Silver Lining

Good morning and welcome to our new challenge! We've got a nice easy theme for you again this week:
Anything Goes
We don't like to make it too easy for the DT though so we've challenged them to create projects with a theme of 'Silver Lining' to inspire you. You don't have to use PanPastels to enter but of course we love it when you do.

Before we check out the inspiration from our talented teamies its time to announce the winner and Top 3 from challenge 52. Our winner, as chosen by Random.org is
16. Hellen
Woo hooo congratulations hun, please email us to claim your fabby PanPastel prize!

You don't make it easy for the DT to chose the top 3 with so  many awesome projects but our top picks are:
Well done ladies, your projects were stunning, don't forget to grab your Top 3 blinkie from the sidebar

Now lets check out the projects from our DT using PanPastels, Maimeri Mediums and masks!!

Claire C I've used Paynes Grey  and Pewter PanPastels to create a background for this card. I mixed glitter with Maimeri Glassy gel and swooshed it here and there and once it was dry added PanPastels. The image is coloured with PanPastels and Graph'It markers with  little of the Silver Glitter Shake pen too

Terry had fun working on a agenda for 2014. The front's background and the back of the project has been worked on with the Roses Stencil, with Gesso, Modelling Past, lots of Silver Metallic PanPastels and crackle. The Roses pop out more because of the Modelling Paste and Silver Metallic PanPastels. For decoration I placed a few butterflies

Tracy - Hi everyone, today I thought I would create a little Whimsical Wood Art to share with you all. I used the following Pan Pastels and Maimeri Mediums to create my whimsical wood art - Pewter and Silver Metallic Pan Pastels, Phthalo Blue Shade, Burnt Sienna Shade, Yellow Ochre, Titanium White, Neutral Grey Shade Pan Pastels, Maimeri Gesso and Iridescent Paste.
I had so much joy mixing the pans with water and the Maimeri Mediums, applying them with a brush and my fingers to colour in this stamped image.
To find out more please visit my blog HERE.

Zoe with a peaceful shimmery PanPastel landscape, for more details pop over to my blog

Suzi: This week I've created a calender featuring a beautiful image coloured with Graph'It markers, Graph'It Silver Shake pen, and lots of grey and silver pan pastels.  Full details on my blog.

You have until Tuesday 21st  Jan to enter this challenge so you have LOADS of time and the winner will win a super stash of Premium Crafts goodies including Pan Pastels, Mediums, Masks and who knows what else!

Maimeri Gesso, Metallic Pan Pastels, Phthalo Blue Shade Pan along with . . .
. . . a little sprinkling of German Glitter Glass for an extra frosty feel.

Lou: I've gone in a different direction with my "Frosty Finish" and my focus was on the colours associated with "frost". I have used different diecuts embossed with the Barok 12" border stencil and coloured them using a versamark pen, metallic silver and soft blue pan pastels. Full details are on my blog.

Terry I worked on a box and made it a Frosty one, I started out with Gesso, Modelling Paste, Glossy Gel, Iridescent paste, worked on it with the heartshaped stencil, embossing powder, lace, wendy vecchi butterfly, just loveeeeeeeeeee this one, Crackle accents, blue panpastel and the Silver Metallic PanPastel.

Zoe   I've created my backgrounds with Pan Pastels check out my blog for more.
