OK, over to the challenge - let's see what the team have created for you today!

More great projects from the team this month!

Christin - In the middle of high summer the design team was asked to create something water themed. Maybe you know that I love mermaids?:) For my card I coloured this super cute little miss mermaid with my alcohol markers. For the background I took a design paper and cut out with my slimline die. Some special highlights I made with the bubbles I made with a white pen.

Catrin - Hi Everyone! For my Sunshine and Flowers inspired card I have used the 'Hearts &Flowers Butterfly clear stamp set 1 , set 2Rainbows - Stamp Soup 19 clear stamp set and Flowers and Things - Stamp Soup 27 to create this circular card. To begin, I distressed the backing buy adding distress ink colours to a glass mat, spritzzing with water and placing the card on top, pressing down lightly, pulling the card off and setting asside to dry. I used Scrap Card on the reminder ink left on the glassmat so not to waste, and once dried I stamped the flowers and fussy cut. For the butterfly I used vellum and heat embossed with WoW Bright White and fussy cut, I then used distress ink on the wings. once the backing paper was dry, and flattened, I added some stamped images from the set, placed all the flowers and the butterfly to complete. Happy Crafting!

Maz - for my Christmas in July project, and to follow a colour palette, I created a trio of tags using adorable characters from the Frosty Winter Smiles Snowmen Collection. I stamped the background using Wonderful Christmas Stamp Set and created 3D poinsettia flowers using the same stamp set. All details can be found on my blog

Natalia - It's summer, so cold sweets are the best way to beat hot days. This simple card has a background made with Distress Ink, while the Winnie Starfish/Sandcastles - Ice Cream Days collection was painted with watercolor paints. The whole is splashed with turquoise colour of paint.

Judy: My DT card for this week's challenge is "school" themed. I have used the Wanda Working Study Phone Printable as my focal image. She was colored with Castle Arts Soft Touch Pencils and fussy cut. Part of the sentiment was stamped with the Funky Alphabet A5 Stamp Set. I also stamped borders and numbers from the same set. The other part of the sentiment was printed using Wanda Printable Messages and QuotesI added a strip of patterned paper behind Wanda from the Wanda Printable Paper Set 3.

Jane – I have used this beautiful mermaid from the CORAL collection and she is called NARWHAL WHALE. I coloured her with Copics and added a ‘splash’ background with pigment powders. The sentiment is from STARFISH & SANDCASTLES which I VERY roughly cut into a splashy shape.

Irre - Hello everyone. Sharing today a tag for Polkadoodles. For this project, I used a digital stamp called Lavender. I colored her with Copics. For the background, I colored in the tag with Distress ink and added some more through the number collage stencil. I did some edge stamping too, with a stamp from the stamp set Special times. Then, I added some black twine and decorated it with black stones,  a metal flower, art stones, and a rhinestone. As a sentiment, I used one from the Rebel easy snip message strips. Finally, I added a black ribbon. Instagram: @scrapbyirre
