Good morning to all you crafters out there and many thanks for joining in our challenge.....

"Anything Creative / Mixed Media / anything goes" challenge.....

We can't wait to see what you create and you will find the link at the bottom of the page. REMEMBER you could be in with a chance of winning a fabby prize from those lovely people at Premium Craft Brands . . .

So what are you waiting for ... come on in and join into the challenge. We know that your gonna have loads of fun! The DT had lots of messy fun making their projects to inspire you......Check this out....

Nikky...I am loving our new look challenge and it's great now the theme is a bit easier, often when we do mixed media I think we get more carried away in the moment so it's a case of making things fit the challenge LOL. Today I have one of the pieces I made as a sample for the Stampbord show on Create and Craft last month. This was SOO quick and easy to do but I love how it turned out...

This was just an MDF heart covered with Gesso and then I used the STOP stamp with black ink to cover it. I simply stamped the Postcard onto Coredinations and distressed it a little then overstamped again. The Stampbord piece is the little clock square, just coloured, sanded back and then stamped and distressed with Pan Pastels and ink. This literally took about 20 mins to do once the gesso was dry.
I played with the following products:

Terry, I had fun making a bottle label, thought I would use the stampset from Nikky Hall with the fabby sentiment and swirls. The background was made with cardstock and Pearlescent Pans and inks, a cute vintage girl some lace and the honeycomb board from Dutch Doobadoo. The hearts were made with Modelling Paste and made out of the empty cardboard art hearts and colored with Pearlescent Pans and on top a few metal butterflies to finish my project for this weeks challenge.

The products I have worked with are:

Claire C I had loads of fun creating this project using lots of goodies from Premium Craft Brands. I created a frame from little stampbord inchies that I'd coloured with Pearl PanPastels and stamped with some of the gorgeous stamps from Postcard and Roses. The focal image is a napkin decoupaged with Matte medium. I added lots of die cuts and a rainbow of butterflies made by stamping on acetate and colouring with my Pearl PanPastels.

Lou: I have made a card using a Premium Craft Brand stencil as my starting point. Lots of gesso, stampbord and metallic pan pastels to create lots of my pieces. Added embellishments created using Premium Craft brands roses stamp set.
