So, let's see what the Design Team have made for us today...

Nikky...I want to share a journal I made which is using the Creative Doodles collection here... I used an A5 piece of greyboard and then tore other random pages and layered them all slightly smaller. In the pic it looks like one page but it's actually 4 different ones made from different card and paper.

The sheet in the middle is actually pleated rice paper although you cant really see it on the photo as there's a lot going on. I used the stamps and matching card packs and just cut and stamped a few pieces out, finishing off with the Alphabet stencil and stamp set which I just adore.
Products I used were:
Creative Doodles Collection

Corry This  time I've made a butterfly card.  I used distress inks for the background. I stamped the flowers and the hearts on the card and blended the flowers with chlorine....
After I stamped I have colored the butterflies.
I cut them out and glued them on the card
I placed some glitter in the heart of the flowers

the product I've used are

Jane - For my make this time I have created a Spanish/flamenco dancer using some of the fabulous Polkadoodles stamps and stencils.
Polkadoodles Goodies Used

Terry: I have created a card with using inks with all kind of colors for the background, I stamped some fabulous flowers from the Stampset Brighter With You on top of my background and used different kinds of small stamps from the set Every Wish in the World to fill up the blanks in between the flowers. Then I colored  the whole card with purple acrylic paint. I uncovered the flowers and played some more with white splatters acrylic paint and the Graph'It White Pen. Last but not least I placed the sentiment from the Clearstamp set Hello Friend....
I worked with the following Polkadoodles products:

3. Ingrid Kristina V

24 Jerrie

39 Jill Holmes

Congratulations ladies, your projects were awesome!! Don't forget to grab your Top 3 badge from the sidebar.

Now what have our lovely DT been busy with this week. as always they've created some stunning projects to inspire you...

Nikky...I coloured this Oddella image up a few weeks back for the Graph'It colouring challenge and when I looked at it the following day I suddenly had an overwhelming urge to make her into a journal page which I have not done for absolutely eons...and I mean eternity eons! I've recently had a disaster purchase - I needed to bulk buy some diaries and like the numbskull I am I bought 50 (yes, that's 50!!) diaries - then realised when they arrived they were 2015 GRRRR!!! So I have 50 journals to use up this year haha!!
So I didnt lose the mojo for her I rushed upstairs as soon as I got in from work and decided I was only allowing the time it took for the pizza to cook and no more - I'm trying to set myself time goals so I just go with the flow and dont procratinate too much as it's killing my melon, man....
this was the coloured image before and after...
I just got all my fave colours out and random stamps which just happened to be the nearest to hand which were all my textures from Premium Art Brands and threw it all on. I did actually spritz and seal between layers but because I was rushing they did get very muddied and I used a lot of yellow ochre which I dont normally do. Not what I was aiming for at all but this was pizza journaling!!...
I just ripped the image off the paper and glued it down with photo glue then applied all the Pan Pastel colours around it, using a Versamark inkpad to overstamp - love using Versamark ink as they just stick to the Pan Pastels like glue and make it so vibrant...
A bit of doodling to finish off using a black Graph'It marker which will go over virtually anything and the must have Graph'It White Shake marker...

colours used: magenta, perm red, yellow ochre, phthalo green, black coarse sparkle medium, white sparkle medium, violet
Walnut distress ink to stamp, Versamark to stamp, Graph'It white Shake pen, Graph'It Black alcohol marker, Graph'It Glitter shake silver and gold (character)

Lou: I used my pan pastels to both colour my background but also my stamped images to create a simple and quick card. I wanted the bricks to stand out so embossed them first running it through my die cutting machine.

Next using Perfect Medium, I stamped my flower images and coloured them quickly with pearlescent yellow and orange pan pastels creating highlights using a rubber. One of the many benefits of using pan pastels ... rub away what you don't need or even any mistakes!
and repeated the process with the leaves and rose buds using the Sofft Tools ...

Finally I added everything to the brick background to create a pretty floral card. This really is a quick way to create your elements as probably the longest part is cutting the images out.

More photos and step by step instructions can be found on my blog. All products and links are below. Just open the images ...

Hope you all have a messy creative week and don't forget to pop back next week to
see what the DT have created for the new challenge.

Challenge 12 - Anything Mixed Media/Creative...We Love 2 Create craft challenge

Good morning crafters, its time for a new challenge here at We Love 2 Create and we're keeping it nice and easy with our regular theme of

Anything Creative/Mixed Media Goes

Just to spice things up a bit we've got extra prizes up for grabs this week, as well as the regular prize of some goodies from Premium Craft Brands our lovely DT ladies are all going to be sending their project out to someone who's left a comment on their blog (sssssssshhhhh, don't tell but I think some of them may have some extra goodies up for grabs too so if you've always fancied having a play with stampbord go and check out the DTs personal blogs!!).

The DT wanted to find a way to say "thank you" for your continued support, so have decided
to do a RAK (random act of kindness) giveaway. So as well as having a challenge winner, our Top 3, we will each be choosing a random winner of our project too. All winners for the RAK will be announced on Sunday 28th June 2015.

A big thank you to everyone who entered our last challenge, wow some amazing artwork! We'll be announcing the winner and top 3 next week so don't forget to pop back and see if you've been picked!

Yvonne - My postcard using stunning PanPastel colours.  More info regarding the giveaway on my blog.

Lou: I have made my postcard by painting all my stamped images with pan pastels as well as using my pan pastels to colour the background.

Terry, I made a postcard with a background of Roses, colored with the Metallic Panpastels, covered with White Coarse Pearlescent Pans. On top a small postcard covered with Butterflies which I colored with the Metallic PanPastels. And last but not least I have stamped some images and sentiments.

And here are the products that I have worked with..
