As always our DT have been creating some mixed media magic, let's check out what they've been up to this week:

Tracy Evans - I love using hearts in my artwork so this week I combined them with a mixed media backdrop.

Yvonne - A little Banksy inspired project!

Claire C I've had lots of fun with my PanPastels creating this clock for my bedroom. It was a really quick and easy make, you can find all the details over on my blog

Tracy Scott - hey there lovely people, I've been playing in my art journal using acrylic paints and of course my PanPastels

Lou: I have been mixing my pan pastels with Maimeri Matt Gel nd then using it with stencils. A quick way to create coloured raised areas on your projects. I have altered an MDF storage piece this week and more details/photographs can be found on my blog ...

Terry: I have altered a box for my beautifull birthday girl. And made it into a Jewelry Box. I started out with Gesso and another layer of Light Modelling Paste, with the stencil Butterfly from Premium Art Brand. I colored it all with the Light Pearlescent Panpastel which is her favourite colour. On Top I placed a wooden heart colored with Irisdescent Paste and with my girls name on top. The rest of the Jewelry Box is also colored with the Pearlescent Pan and White Coarse. And all around the box I placed Lace.

The products that I have worked with are:

10 Craftyfield

Tracy Evans - I decided to stay close to nature this week, creating a card inspired by my garden.

Claire C I've been playing with my Pearlescent PanPastels this week, they are soooooo pretty and shimmery but its so hard to capture the shimmer on photos, they are  very camera shy lol.

Terry, I had loads of fun with a small shadowbox. it was an empty box where wooden embellishments were in, I turned it into a sort of a wallhanger...I worked with Gesso for the first layer and after that I played with lots of Pearlescent PanPastels. I mixed them with water and finished with Crackle and a layer of Iridescent Paste. I placed a few butterflies from Wendy and colored them with Pearlescents and a birdcage with a heart on top. To finish I placed some sentiments, which are simply the truth.

Yvonne - Something very different (for me),  Details on my blog.

Tracy Scott - this week I decided to play in my altered book. Using coloured pencils and my PanPastels   I love the look of the colours against the book pages.
