Doreen
Well I needed a childs birthday card so thought this would be the ideal image,It is called "Fishing Friends. Full details of this from my blog.

Yvonne - Bold and Bright inspiration.  I have a new set of stamps which, at the moment, are my favourite!!  Had to use them on this piece.

Terry I had fun with a small canvas, I worked on the background with Metallic PanPastels, Red, Blue, Yellow and Purple. Splashed it all with water and made little dots with the Graph-it Shake Pen, on top Iridescent Paste and underneith the butterfly on the canvas itself a butterfly with Glossy Accents. On top of that a Butterfly colored with Pans to give it a Dimensional look. To finish a sentiment.

The products that I have used are:

Claire C I've altered an MDF heart, I adore the yellows in the PanPastel collection so I used Hansa Yellow, Diarylide Yellow to colour my heart once I'd given it a coat of Maimeri white gesso. I added some texture using Maimeri Light modelling Paste and a Dutch Doobadoo Chicken Wire stencil. You can find all the details on my blog

Here are the products I've used.

Lou:  I wasn't sure what to do this week, so put everything away and then took out a selection of random items and this is what came about! I have embossed the background and then added further colour highlights. A selection of stamped images as my background, finished off with a butterfly corner die cut (Tonic) and some additional flowers.

Challenge 20 Bold and Bright

Good morning, wooo hoo its challenge time and our new theme is

Bold and Bright

You don't have to use PanPastels to enter but of course we love it when you do! Our lucky winner will receive a beautiful mask and a PanPastel too (colours may vary) so remember,  you've got to be in it to win it!

Now lets see what our DT have come up with this week, we're really pleased to say that the  very talented Tracy is back with us after a little break!!

Claire C I've used my PanPastels to create a watercolour effect in the background on this card, just sprinkling some of the Pans onto damp watercolour paper and spritzing with water to let the colours mix

Doreen
I have used various PanPastels to achieve the background (Turquoise,Phthalo Blue,White,Magenta and Permanent Red) Masking off the moon .

Tracy -
So happy to be back here with the girls and playing with my Pan Pastels on an 8x8 canvas. To create the background,  I covered the whole canvas with old book pages adhering them with Maimeri Matt Gel first, followed by a quick swipe of a Versamark clear ink pad then applying lots of layers with Pan Pastels, stamps and doodles.

Yvonne - A bright and bold tag using Crafters Companion Spray and Sparkle to fix the Pans.

I have made a clock canvas this week.  used my pan pastels to create a background on my canvas and then added layers of texture using PCB stencils with Maimeri gloss gel, Maimeri irredescent paste and Maimeri white acyrilic paint. I then over stamped using the fab PCB stamps. My clock numbers (!) were made by first creating a background (with my pan pastels, distress inks and PCB stamps) and then cutting the background up to fit small frames.

Terry I had loads of fun with a Canvas, I made the background with lots of PanPastels, Red, White, Blue, Yellow and Metallic PanPastels. The Hearts are made with the Board from Dutch Doobadoo. And on top I worked with Crackle Accents and Iridescent Paste, mixed them together to see what they would do.  And to make the shapes on the background I used the Sofft Angle Round Sponce. And

Anjie - I have made this canvas by firstly covering it all in white Gesso to give it a base. I then covered it with a light covering of the orange Pan Pastel. I then made my own circle mask my punching different sized circles into a piece of acetate. I then used Pan Pastels as a paint (mixed with a little water) and painted through the stencil. I then went around the edges of all the circles with a black Sharpie pen and added some white highlights with the white Gesso.

The Pan Pastels I used are:
