Challenge 4 Pink and white

Good morning and a big thank you to everyone who entered our last challenge, we'll be announcing the winner and Top 3 next Sunday so don't forget to pop back and find out if you're the lucky winner or one of our top picks!!
Its time for a new challeng and this time around our theme is

'Pink and white'

You have two whole weeks to play along and you don't have to use our products (although we're very happy when you do) so whether you love to colour or prefer to mess around with paint and ink we'd love to see your gorgeous creations!!

. Our lucky winner will receive some fab stash (colours may vary) from those lovely folk at
Premium Craft Brands

Mask stencil 6 x 6 inches Heart of flower  Magenta Tint PanPastel

And our Design Team will also be choosing their top 3 picks too!!

Now let's see what our lovely DT girls have been doing this week ...
they are definitely in the pink lol.

Doreen-I first made my background using my PanPastels while masking off the moon and using a mask for the hills. Next came my Stamps and a die-cut sentiment. More details on my blog

Yvonne - All stamping used Versamark.  The white is embossing powder and the pink is Permanent Red Tint straight on to the Versamark.  More details on my blog.

Anjie - This started out as a MDF heart which I primed with white Gesso. I then covered it with the dotty paper. I lightly sanded the edge of the paper and used the Magenta Pan Pastel to colour the distressing and added some faux stitching. I then painted over the paper with the Glassy Gel to give it a sheen. I then used the dots part of the Leaves & Birds mask and put  light modelling paste through it.I then cut out some letters and added some faux stitching and covered them in Glassy Gel again. I then used a die cut to create the border and used the Magenta Pan Pastel to distress it. I then glued everything in place.

Tracy ~ so happy to be here today sharing my love of using Pan Pastels as watercolour paint on a little canvas.
A quick doodle doo and it was time to mix the PP with a little water to make it fluid. Once dry I added a few dotty dots using a white gel pen.
Now to let it tell it`s story . . . a quick type on the computer, printed off, snipped it out and it was ready to be fixed in place with a little Maimeri Matt Gel to finish.

Claire C I've made a little wallhanging using Stampbord ATCs, I've always loved Stampbord as it works beautifully with ink but it also works a treat with your PanPastels Too. I've blended shades of magenta PanPastel and added lots of stamping, lace and ribbon for a pretty vintage feel, You can find more details on my blog

Terry, I have altered a pair of real Dutch Wooden Shoes, had them for a while and at first they were yellow. Not anymore...I worked on the wooden shoes with Gesso, Light Modelling Paste, on top colored them on top of crackle with Pearlescent red and white PanPastel. And topped it all off with Iridescent Paste. For more detailled pictures visit my blog please.

Challenge 1 Clean and Simple

Happy New Year from all the team at PanPastel UK and Premium Craft Brands !!!

Welcome to our first challenge of 2015 and we've kept it nice and easy for you this time around as our theme is

Clean and Simple

You've got two weeks to enter and you don't have to use our products to play along. As always there's a fab prize up for grabs thanks to those lovely folk at

Diarylide Yellow PanPastel Mask Stencil Doily Star 15 x15cm

And of course our DT girls will be voting for their top 3 picks too so what are you waiting for?

Now let's check out the inspiration from the DT

Doreen-For my card share I just masked off the top and bottom of the card and sponged over Permanent red Panpastel and lightening it as I came down the card. After removing the masking tape I then clear embossed the stamp with Black Versafine ink and coloured the Poppies with promarkers.xxx

Anjie - To create my card I have used the Heart Of Flower mask as a stencil and run it through my eBosser to emboss it and then used my Permanent Red Pan Pastel to highlight the raised part of the embossing. I have then simply matted onto red card and then added a few gems to the bottom.

Claire C

I applied Maimeri Light Modelling Paste through the Dutch Doobadoo A5 Stars stencil and applied a sprinkle of glass glitter and a dusting of PanPastel Coarse White Pearl Medium.
Once it was dry I stamped the sentiment. Here's another pic of the stencilling which unfortunately doesn't pick up the shimmer and sparkle at all so you'll have to use your imagination :-)

Here are the products I've used:

Yvonne - Simply sponged blue, yellow and green Panpastels through a butterfly stencil and added a couple of stamps.  More details on my blog.

Tracy - Happy New Year friends, clean and simple was a challenge for me as I love lots of colour and splodges ... I found limiting the amount of Pan Pastels worked for me.

A quick doodle on a flat board, followed by some Gesso and I was ready to add colour using mainly black and red with a little smidgen of blue for the eyes. I found it easy to mix the shades I wanted by adding either Gesso or Mat Gel.

Lou: I have used my fav stamps from Premium Craft Brands to create my cards. Using Perfect Medium and Pan pastels, I created my background. I then had some fun stamping ....

Full details are on my blog

Gorgeous makes girls!!

We'll be back next week with lots more inspiration and of course the lucky winner and Top 3 from our last challenge too!
