Back to our new challenge and as always our DT have been working their very own brand of mixed media magic to inspire you .....

Alysha - This week I had a go at "Freestyle" painting with the Pan Pastels Ive used blue, yellow, white, and black Pans and created a card, hope you like it, hugs Aly xx

Tracy Scott - Hey there beautiful people, hope you are all keeping well and wrapping up warm this week. My post this week is a 'DreamCatcher' in acrylics and PanPastels in my Art Journal. I love these magical things and the Pans were a real 'dream' to work with alongside my acrylics and add that little special something to the background for the finished piece...

Terry: I have made a project for Christmas, I started the background with Gesso and second layer with a snowflake stencil from Dutch Doobadoo, I used the Light Modelling Paste to create the snowflakes..on top of the snowflakes I worked with the Light Blue PanPastel and White Coarse to give it a bit of a snowy shine.

For decorations I placed this cute image of the vintage girl, A few stars are worked on with PanPastels and crackle and the top layer is Gel Medium...the front and back of my project were decorated with some lace. Last but not least I placed a sentiment.

These are some of the products that I have worked with:

Claire  I've opted for a poppy theme this week with lots of stamping and colouring with my PanPastels

Beautiful makes girls!!

Terry; I thought I would get my Metallic Pans out and work with them on a round jewelry box, I tried to make it a shabby chic one, hope you like what I did with it. For the first layer I used Gesso and played with the DD stencil with Light Modelling Paste. I think they are essential for starting your project. Than I colored the box with Metallic Pans and painted it all with Mat Gel Medium. To decorate my Box I stamped a butterfly and messed it up a bit with Crackle, got me some roses and made the hearts with the empty board from DD, colored them with Metallic Pans and to finish I glued a little heart on top of the box and placed some lace all around it.

The products I worked with are:

Yvonne - Today for my Anything Goes Inspiration I decided to use citrus colours.  All details of how I made this card are over on my blog - would be lovely to see  you there xx
